We are recruiting for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join a leading engineering firm specialising in innovative solutions for a diverse range of clients in the UK and overseas. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans, leading business growth, and managing day-to-day sales and marketing operations. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of the engineering or manufacturing sector. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities. Create marketing materials, manage campaigns, and oversee digital platforms. Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals. Analyse sales and marketing data to measure effectiveness and adjust strategies. Ensure the effective export of goods and compliance with record-keeping requirements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred. Minimum of 7 years’ experience in sales and marketing in the engineering or manufacturing industry. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office 365. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Willingness to travel as required.
