Finance Administrator

The Role: Our client is seeking a Finance Administrator to join their established and friendly finance team in Huntingdon. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the wider business with day-to-day financial administration. The Finance Administrator position offers flexibility, with hours ranging between 28 and 37.5 per week depending on the candidate. Main Responsibilities: * Processing purchase and sales invoices accurately * Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies * Assisting with credit control and chasing outstanding payments * Supporting month-end procedures * Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation * Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers * Providing general administrative support to the finance function Skills/Experience: * Previous experience in a Finance Administrator or similar finance-based role * Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy * Confident using accounting software and Microsoft Excel * Good organisational and time-management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Professional communication skills Salary & Working Hours: * Competitive salary, dependent on experience * 28 to 37.5 hours per week (flexible depending on the candidate) * Monday to Friday
