Job Description TEST LEAD London, UK Work Mode – Hybrid 6 Months+ Responsibilities This is a client facing role where you will be responsible for managing a client implementation program globally to onboard the client to front-to-back platforms. Manage global project team of functional and automated testers (on-shore and off-shore) across global who design, plan, and execute end user testing for all in scope workflows, data, and architecture, while maintaining and enforcing global standards Manage delivery of internal and client facing documents (Test strategy, test automation, test plans) Manage complex relationships and expectations with both internal, client stakeholders and vendors. Provide regular status updates and support program reports as and when needed. Participate studying requirements and scope documents and participate in preparation of test cases, review of test cases. Get involved in brain storming meetings, problem solving, Test executions, provide advice to various work streams wherever needed.
