Senior Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer

We\’re looking for a Senior Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer who is keen to join a Bradford building services design team that has a reputation for being the home the engineers engineer. Your role will be to work with other senior engineers running schemes and developing less experienced personnel. The schemes you will be dealing with are a mix of hotel new-build, refurb and extensions, high quality, high-rise residential schemes, and some novel ones such as Wimbledon and the Olympia exhibition centre. You will need to have a Mechanical building services background, and you must be able to demonstrate at least five years experience of mechanical building services focused design to UK regs. Their package includes an enhanced pension, 25 days leave allowance that grows yearly and bonuses based upon company and individual achievement. They are also considering a salary sacrifice, flexible benefits scheme to supplement their existing offering. The current offices are on the outskirts of Bradford, with easy reach of the motorway network allowing quick access to Halifax, Huddersfield, Wakefield and Leeds.
