As part of our UK expansion, we\βre seeking an Area Sales Manager to help drive new business and secure project wins through the full supply chain-from design to installation. Key Responsibilities: Win specifications and sales with architects and contractors and housing developers Manage and grow accounts across your defined area. Develop relationships with key decision-makers in the building and refurbishment market. Track projects from design to delivery, ensuring seamless supply through the chain. Meet and exceed sales targets.Requirements: Proven track record in specification-led sales within the construction or building products sector. Strong network of contacts across contractors, developers, and distributors. Self-motivated, organized, and confident communicator. Competent with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
