Working with a skilled team, solving complex technical challenges, support projects from design to delivery, and help shape the next generation of technical specialists. You will: * Advise on complex structural waterproofing design and technical queries, offering expert guidance and innovative solutions. * Support the Technical Leader in managing team workloads — ensuring timely completion of quotes, CAD drawings, and specifications. * Mentor and train junior technical staff, identifying knowledge gaps and providing tailored coaching. * Review and prepare tenders and technical documents, ensuring accuracy and quality. * Attend site meetings and inspections, offering hands-on support when needed. * Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure project efficiency and customer satisfaction. * Stay current with industry standards, regulations, and new technologies. What We’re Looking For: * CSSW qualification (Certified Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing) – essential. * Demonstratable problem-solving skills * Familiarity with CRM tools, CAD detailing, and quality assurance procedures.
