We’re recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to lead a £3.5M extension and fit-out on a live school site in Edmonton. This is a technically complex project involving:

  • Steel frame construction
  • Mezzanine floor
  • Ground beams
  • Air source heat pumps
  • Full internal fit-out
  • Piling and groundworks

You’ll be the No.1 on site, reporting into a Contracts Manager and overseeing day-to-day site activity, health and safety, subcontractor coordination, programme delivery, and quality control.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on projects £2M+
  • Background in education builds, fit-out, or steel frame extensions
  • Confident managing subcontractors and driving project delivery
  • Strong site-based health & safety awareness and compliance
  • Valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications
