We are currently looking for a receptionist to work on our clients' site within Northampton, working within the front of house team ensuring all tenants and visitors receive a 5* service. The position involves:

  • Welcoming visitors and directing them accordingly
  • Answering calls and emails promptly
  • Managing the reception and helpdesk inbox
  • Raising response works on systems
  • Dealing with queries from occupiers or workers
  • Signing in visitors and helping with directions
  • Reporting relevant information and issues to the Front of House Manager and designated Facilities Management team
  • Ensuring the front of house area is immaculately presented, replenishing stock in kitchens and ensuring areas are tidy

We are looking for candidates with customer-facing experience in:

Looking for someone that is enthusiastic about ensuring a high level of service is delivered at all times, with a friendly, professional, bubbly personality. Candidates must always be extremely well presented (must own a Black/Navy Suit with matching Blazer, White Shirt, Black Court Shoes (tie for male)). Fantastic communication skills are essential as you will be dealing with high-profile clients.
