We are currently looking for a receptionist to work on our clients' site within Northampton, working within the front of house team ensuring all tenants and visitors receive a 5* service. The position involves:
- Welcoming visitors and directing them accordingly
- Answering calls and emails promptly
- Managing the reception and helpdesk inbox
- Raising response works on systems
- Dealing with queries from occupiers or workers
- Signing in visitors and helping with directions
- Reporting relevant information and issues to the Front of House Manager and designated Facilities Management team
- Ensuring the front of house area is immaculately presented, replenishing stock in kitchens and ensuring areas are tidy
We are looking for candidates with customer-facing experience in:
