To support the Strategic Director and People Directorate with:
- Driving forward the aims and objectives of Attainment Scotland Funding (Scottish Equity Funding, Pupil Equity Funding, Children and Young People Care Experienced Funding)
- Developing a culture and standard of high performance
- Supporting the reporting, governance and quality assurance of Strategic Equity Funding
- Monitoring initiatives and thematic projects linked to Strategic Equity Funding
- Providing support for individual Programme Plan Leads
- Supporting and leading associated stakeholder activity and engagement
- Monitoring the delivery of Strategic Equity Funding Programme Plans, with oversight of outcomes and prioritising of resources to ensure effective delivery
- Supporting the managers in the Education service (including headteachers) with procurement in relation to the Strategic Equity Fund

This post is considered Regulated Work with Children and/or Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. You will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer of employment being made by Clackmannanshire Council. Further guidance will follow in your conditional offer of employment on how to apply. Please note you will be required to pay for the cost of this application if your salary is over £38,000 per annum, which will be deducted from your first pay.
