We are currently recruiting for a Training Administrator to join a well-established organisation based at Astral House in Watford. This is a long-term temporary position with the potential to become permanent.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting training operations by managing course bookings, maintaining accurate training records and ensuring smooth coordination between participants, trainers and venues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responding to training enquiries and directing more complex queries appropriately
  • Organising and booking training courses, venues and trainers
  • Sending confirmations and joining instructions to participants
  • Processing training-related orders and invoices
  • Updating and maintaining training records and databases
  • Issuing certificates upon course completion
  • Gathering and reviewing feedback from participants and trainers
