We are looking for talented graduates wishing to pursue a career in business development and management. This is an exciting opportunity for those who have a keen interest in international experiences with the role based in our London commercial office. Selected candidates will commence their journey with an initial two-week training period at our Dublin headquarters before transitioning to their permanent role in London.
The ideal candidates for these positions will be innovative, driven and highly motivated to succeed. They will be client-focused with excellent communication skills and a ‘can-do’ attitude. The ability to multitask and work independently are key requirements, while ambition and diligence are expected as standard.
The successful candidates will be at the forefront of our business development efforts and will be involved in a wide array of activities to gain exposure to and build familiarity with our products, services, and markets. Initially, this will involve working with other members of the team in a support capacity to manage and grow overall client relationships, before taking on more client-facing, revenue-driven roles.
This role involves:
- Collaborating with management to identify and target opportunities
- Developing a lead database of potential prospects using tools such as LinkedIn, showcasing your digital acumen
- Utilising our software and your research skills to collect essential information (prospect name, position, contact details, etc.)
- Qualifying prospects via email and over the phone against key criteria
- Arranging meetings with prospects, demonstrating your organisational skills
- Attending client meetings alongside internal resources, gaining exposure to real-world interactions
- Managing the design and development of proposals in conjunction with internal resources
- Taking an active role in closing sales, showcasing your ability to bring deals to fruition
- Leading the onboarding process for new clients, gaining hands-on experience in client initiation
- Creating client development plans, exploring opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the account
- Creating account reviews to ensure client satisfaction throughout the client lifecycle
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Business Management, or related fields
- ‘Can-do’ attitude and self-starter mentality
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills as well as highly effective communication skills
- Enthusiastic, confident and professional manner
- Ability to listen to clients and understand their needs
- Ability to handle pressure and to meet and exceed targets
