A well established National Logistics Supply Chain is currently experiencing growth and seeking a number of experienced Reach drivers. There are a number of contracts operating from this location therefore you would be working within a very fast paced warehouse environment and previous experience is essential.
Your duties will include:
- Operating Reach Trucks to move, stack, and retrieve pallets at height within warehouse racking.
- Ensuring correct placement of goods in designated storage areas.
- Maintaining accurate stock records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Conducting daily equipment checks and adhering to health & safety regulations.
- Picking pallets from high racking.
- Other warehouse duties which may include manual handling, pallet wrapping, and housekeeping to maintain a clean workspace.
An ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experiences:
- Must have recent previous experience operating FLT Reach trucks. A minimum of 1 year.
- Must have current and valid RTITB or ITSAAR accredited certificate. In-house documents will not be accepted.
- Must have a can do attitude and good attention to detail.
- Ideally has used RDT's.
- All operators will have to pass a drug and alcohol test prior to their assessment.
