The Role
As a Class 2 Delivery Driver, you will be the face of the company, ensuring the timely and safe delivery of products to our valued customers. You will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence in service, working independently but with the support of a close-knit team behind you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle preparation & safety checks – Conduct daily vehicle checks, ensuring all products for delivery are correct and safely loaded.
- Documentation & payments – Complete manifests, delivery notes, and collect payments.
- Safe stock delivery – Deliver all stock using any necessary equipment provided and to the customer's standards.
- Returns management – Return all empty kegs and gas bottles, ensuring they are correctly stored in the empties yard and unloaded in the correct manner.
- Health & safety compliance – Ensure that correct health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Warehouse support – Assist with picking stock in the warehouse when required.
- Professional appearance – Always look presentable in the correct Beer Trading uniform.
