Are you a hands-on, reliable individual with a knack for maintenance and a commitment to keeping environments safe and clean? We are working with a well-respected school in Gravesend looking to appoint a Premises Manager to support the day-to-day running of their site.
About the Role:
As a School Premises Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the school grounds, buildings and facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained. You will support the Site Manager in a range of duties including:
- General repairs and maintenance
- Site security and opening/locking up
- Groundskeeping and cleaning tasks
- Health & safety checks
- Supporting contractors on-site
Requirements:
- Previous premises/site maintenance experience (ideally in a school or similar environment)
- Strong DIY skills and a proactive attitude
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply through us)
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Flexibility to work shift patterns (early mornings/late finishes may apply)
