Your Role as House Manager
We are looking for a committed and experienced House Manager to lead the day-to-day running of one of our supported living services in Bootle. This role includes:
- Managing a team of support workers including supervisions, appraisals, and probation reviews
- Ensuring compliance with care plans, risk assessments, and regulatory standards
- Planning rotas and covering shifts where necessary
- Supporting individuals with daily living activities, including medication, appointments, and routines
- Building positive relationships with families and external professionals
- Promoting person-centred care and continuous service improvement
What We're Looking For
- Experience supporting individuals with autism, complex needs, challenging behaviour and mental health needs
- Supervisory or leadership experience in a care setting (e.g. Team Leader, Senior Support Worker)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A genuine passion for high-quality care
- Full UK manual driving licence (essential)
