Time 4 Recruitment have a great opportunity for Temporary Setting out Engineer / Site Engineer for 5 months works based in Hinkley Point - working for a well-established, national civil engineering company. This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Engineer / Setting Out Engineer who has already worked at Hinkley Point to hit the ground running on a form work project where the client will provide the setting out, Leica equipment.

To be considered for the role it is vital you have already been inducted at Hinkley Point within the last year. This role is to start at the beginning of June 2025 for 5 months work. You need to be enthusiastic and also expect to work long hours from Monday to Friday as well as some weekend work.

Key roles & responsibilities:
  • Must be able to achieve detailed setting out form work to a high standard
  • Able to use Leica robotic setting out equipment

  • Prepared to work 12-hour days Monday – Friday
  • Prepared to work Saturday mornings
  • Ensure all work progresses in compliance with H & S procedures
  • Enthusiastic
  • SMSTS or SSSTS
  • Ideally, a recognised, relevant qualification
  • Within commutable distance of Hinkley Point
