As our Senior Showroom Consultant, you will play a vital leadership role in our brand new London showroom. You will bring the showroom to life with expert styling, customer engagement, and a passion for colour and design that is positively contagious. You will also support the Showroom Manager, stepping up to lead the team and operations when needed.
What you will be doing:
- Collaborating with the Showroom Manager to run daily operations and elevate the customer experience
- Curating bespoke design solutions, mood boards, and one-to-one consultations
- Leading by example on the shop floor – coaching, mentoring, and motivating the team
- Managing appointment bookings for design and colour consultations
- Ensuring our brand is represented to perfection through displays and styling
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and the development of new team members
- Taking ownership in the Manager's absence, making confident and commercial decisions
- Hosting community and in-store events that bring the design journey to life
