We're on the lookout for a Recruitment Service Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. This role offers a brilliant mix of client engagement, candidate management, and service delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building strong, long-term relationships with candidates and clients
  • Taking detailed job briefs and understanding client hiring needs
  • Writing engaging job adverts and using social media to attract talent
  • Conducting interviews, registrations, and compliance checks
  • Matching candidates to the right opportunities—temporary and permanent
  • Keeping our CRM system accurate and up to date
  • Supporting with admin tasks: timesheets, holidays, P45s, etc.
  • Attending client meetings both in-person and via Teams

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous admin, customer service, or coordination experience
  • Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Great organisation and time management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • A self-starter who’s proactive, tenacious, and goal-oriented
