Where will you be working? At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. Private networks - We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.
What will you be doing? You will be rewriting existing NOC processes to align with ITIL standards, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and completeness. You will work closely with NOC managers, service managers, and other stakeholders to gather required information and validate process changes. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and recommend changes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. You will be responsible for delivering training and support to NOC staff on the newly documented ITIL-compliant processes. You will also maintain version control for all process documentation, ensuring updates are properly tracked and communicated. Ensuring all documented processes meet ITIL standards and best practices, supporting consistent and effective service delivery across the organisation, will be required.
What you’ll bring? You will possess proven background in ITIL process writing and documentation, especially within a NOC or similar environment. You will demonstrate strong understanding of ITIL standards and best practices. Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Excellent writing and communication skills, capability of clearly conveying complex information is necessary. High level of accuracy and detail in documentation is required. Preferred Qualifications include ITIL Foundation certification or higher, and familiarity with network operations and IT service management tools.
