The Role: As the Financial Controller, you'll take the helm of financial strategy, planning, and control. You'll lead reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance, working closely with senior leadership to shape key decisions. This is a hands-on role with room to grow, ideal for someone who's ready to make an impact. Due to this being a newly created role, you will be tasked with coordinating with an Accountancy Practice to bring all management accounts in-house, further collaboration will then be required.
Profile:
- Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- An Audit-trained Practice background could be useful, happy to consider First or Second Movers.
- Has strong experience in financial reporting and control.
- Brings a commercial mindset to financial strategy.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Is tech-savvy and comfortable with modern finance systems.
- Confident communicator, comfortable with influencing at senior levels.
