An international SME based in West Kent is looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to join them on a permanent basis. This role offers hybrid working. Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Accounts Payable Manager will:

  • Match and code invoices, process intercompany payments
  • Obtain authorisation for invoices to clear for payment
  • Liaise with European and UK sites to clear any invoice queries
  • Administer the expenses for UK and European entities
  • Weekly payment runs in multi currencies
  • Supplier statement and month end reconciliations

Requirements of the Accounts Payable Manager Role:

  • 5 years experience minimum, AP Manager 2+ years
  • Multi-currencies, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, and month-end procedures
  • Implementing process eg PO to payment but all supplier processes
  • Line management experience is a plus
