We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Preconstruction Co-ordinator to join our team within Lovells East Midlands region based at our Derby office. Assisting the Land and Pre-Construction Manager, you will deliver the timely progression of schemes through bid/concept/estimating/design stages to physical start on site, whilst bringing together and moving forward current and new client relationships.
Co-ordinating the work of various disciplines, both internal and external, you’ll be involved with the pre-construction process, promoting an effective information flow between departments to achieve budget and programme.
Candidates will have previous experience within a similar role, in a similar environment, and the ability to communicate confidently and efficiently.
