We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to join our team on a contract basis to lead the design and delivery of solutions leveraging Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Blue Yonder technologies. You will be responsible for shaping scalable, high-performance, and integrated solutions that meet complex business needs across eCommerce and supply chain functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical architecture, design, and implementation of solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C/B2B) and Blue Yonder platforms.
- Define integration patterns between eCommerce, OMS, and supply chain systems using best practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, developers, and third-party vendors to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
- Review and validate solution designs and code to ensure compliance with architectural standards.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the SDLC.
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies related to architecture, scalability, and performance.
- Document architecture blueprints, design specifications, and technical processes.
- Support stakeholder workshops and presentations to explain technical concepts and solution approaches.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Technical Architect with complex enterprise projects.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), including architecture, customization, and integrations.
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Blue Yonder solutions (especially Order Management, Warehouse Management, or Demand & Fulfillment modules).
- Experience designing and implementing large-scale integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
- Strong background in eCommerce ecosystems and supply chain technologies.
- Proficient with cloud platforms (Salesforce, Azure, AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
