The role of the Regional Sales Manager - Rainscreen Cladding and EWI will involve:
- Field sales position selling our clients high quality manufactured range of EWI (external wall insulation) render or rainscreen cladding system in terracotta, aluminium, GRC, stone, mesh or UHPC
- 60% managing relationships with main contractors and installers/ specialist cladding contractors
- 40% of your time winning specification projects with architects and other specifiers
- New role created through growth so predominantly new business development
- Targeting projects across residential, commercial, healthcare, student accommodation, built to rent and education sectors, public and private
- Project values will vary from £75,000 for EWI and from £150,000-£200,000 for rainscreen cladding
- Tasked with achieving a revenue target of circa £1.8m-£2m
- Excellent, internal sales, PR & marketing support (Barbour ABI etc.)

The ideal applicant will be a Regional Sales Manager - Rainscreen Cladding and EWI with:
- Field sales experience with external building products
- Understanding of specification sales process
- Experience of having sold into main contractors or specialist sub contractors/cladding installers
- Knowledge of rainscreen cladding or EWI external wall insulation is not essential
- Building envelope system field sales experience with; cladding, render, brick slips, curtain walling etc. may be of interest
- Architectural specification field sales experience is not essential
- Preferably not worked for a well-recognised brand/ capable of knocking down doors and making a name for yourself and the company
- Needs to be a well organised, structured, self-motivated person with a proven track record in sales
