An extremely exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Contracts Manager to join a regional contractor based in Oxford, specialising in the refurbishment and fitting out of commercial and industrial properties with a focus on laboratories, working on a full time, permanent basis. Contracts Manager Duties:
- Project paperwork
- Management of site team
- Design Management
- Ensuring all works carried to programme and budget
- Chairing site meetings
- Client liaison
- Authority Liaison - Highways, Architects, Consultants
- Short term programming
- Promoting and enforcing Health & Safety
- Reporting to visiting Contracts Manager
Contracts Manager Criteria:
- Ability to lead a site team and sub-contractors on projects ranging from £500k - £10M
- Strong experience in commercial and industrial refurbishment, fit out and maintenance
- Desirable experience working on laboratory / data centre fit outs.
- Sets high personal safety and environmental standards
- SMSTS/CSCS/First Aid Trained
- Desirable degree in Project Management
