The role will focus on:
- Developing the territory by increasing sales to existing customers and actively seeking new customers through in-person meetings.
- Identifying individual customer requirements and matching chemical products to those needs.
- Constantly seeking opportunities for new business, acting as the friendly face of the company for new customers.
- Achieving monthly order and sales targets as agreed with the line manager.
- Covering allocated areas to the required company standards for both established and potential customers.
- Administering and managing allocated areas in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Reporting on sales activities using appropriate company documentation.

- Optimising time to maximise face-to-face selling opportunities.
Please note that while the client is involved in the fine chemicals market, formal chemistry education is not essential. The primary drive for success is based on personality skills and personal drive. Prior experience in sales and a proven track record of success are required.
