What You'll Be Doing
Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Children's Support Worker may include supporting, safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of children with learning difficulties and challenging behaviour, managing complex behaviours and crisis intervention. You may be required to support them in several ways, from helping them with their educational development to aiding them with personal care, allowing them to gain independence and making a massive impact to their daily lives.
