We need a Part-time Administrative: office-based, 20 hours, working day and time flexible and open to discussion hourly rate is £12.89 per hour for a manufacturing company based in Whitchurch, Hampshire, RG28 7BB. This position is ideal for an administrator with experience in engineering, manufacturing, or pharmaceutical industries. The Primary functions – Administrative: Liaise with customers to ensure their requests regarding material compliance declarations & documents are fully understood and met in a timely manner. Specific qualifications are not mandatory for this role, * You should be computer literate and numerate as well as being well versed in the use of MS Excel and comfortable using SharePoint. * An understanding of materials and regulatory restrictions of their use (e.g. REACH & RoHS) would be useful, but not necessary. Any particular aptitude/skill required: * The competencies required for this role are primarily based on numeracy, computing proficiency (MS Excel & Word) as well as a resourceful, ‘can do’ attitude. * The candidate will need good written and verbal communication skills since they will be acting as a ‘Point of Contact’ (customers, suppliers & internal teams) 20 hours, £12.89 per hour – flexible days and time negotiable, 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays for full time, non-contractual monthly time and attendance lottery of £1000, Non-contractual profit-related-pay…
