Infinity Employment are seeking an Electrical Team Leader to work within a technical manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of electrical assemblers and will also be involved in assembling electrical components and systems in accordance with engineering schematics and diagrams. Permanent position for the right candidate. £27,000 - £30,000 per year depending on experience.

Duties:

  • Lead a small team with effective communication and a positive manner
  • Understand electrical processes to oversee and control
  • Problem solving to identify and manage technical issues
  • Assembling electrical components using hand tools and power tools
  • Read and interpret engineering schematics and diagrams
  • Utilise surface mount technology to assemble electronic circuits
  • Apply mechanical knowledge to assist in the assembly process
  • Work with logic controllers to ensure proper functioning of electrical systems

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership qualities
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for assembly work
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and components
  • Mechanical knowledge to support assembly tasks
  • Familiarity with surface mount technology for electronic circuit assembly
