Adept Resourcing is working on behalf of a well-established organisation based in Pontefract to recruit an experienced and qualified Approved Electrician. This is a permanent role offering long-term career prospects, early finishes on Fridays, and a great team environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced electrician to join a growing business in a role that offers both variety and stability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, inspect, and test electrical systems within an industrial setting
  • Ensure compliance with BS 7671 Wiring Regulations and other relevant standards
  • Interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and specifications
  • Accurately complete work reports and compliance documentation
  • Work safely in line with health and safety regulations
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently
Requirements:
  • City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
  • 2391 Inspection, Testing & Certification (or equivalent)
  • ECS Gold Card (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of electrical regulations and workplace safety
  • Ability to manage your own workload and work collaboratively
Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 7am - 4pm (Early finish on Friday) 40 hours per week
