We are excited to be hiring a Video Content Producer & Digital Marketing Executive to join the team full-time. This is a creative, hands-on role designed to help us share powerful content, grow the brand, and reach more clients with our message. The core of the role is video filming, editing, and producing engaging content from our live events, studio filming, and training sessions. However, this is much more than a videographer role. You will also upload content to YouTube, create engaging thumbnails and descriptions, and repurpose video content into stills, reels, carousels, and blog posts for social media and email.
Please note: you must have video filming and editing experience to be considered for this role. In joining the team, you will be an integral part of building brand awareness across YouTube, Instagram, and email supporting the growth of the business and, on occasion, key clients in our agency. You will attend live events, film and photograph the experience, edit videos, and repurpose content into bite-size clips, carousels, and blog posts. This role is perfect for someone with solid creative skills (particularly video) who wants to develop into a strategic digital marketer.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Film key moments from the live events (which rotate around Newcastle, Leeds, Birmingham, Edinburgh and Manchester) and capture engaging footage, photos, and vox pops from attendees.
- Edit three long-form videos per month for YouTube.
- Repurpose videos into short-form content.
- Upload videos to YouTube with thumbnails, titles, and descriptions.
- Write blog drafts, carousel posts, and short mailers (from the video) to promote new content.
- Schedule social media posts using Metrical.
- Deliver some design, video editing and creative work for key clients.
We'd Love to Hear from You If:
- You can confidently film and edit high-quality video content (Premiere Pro would be ideal).
- You write clear, compelling content (even if just for captions or blogs).
- You're highly organised and can manage a content calendar.
- You live in or near Leeds or Newcastle and can travel to events.
- You're excited about business, personal development, or mindset content.
- You want to grow with a values-led brand and build something meaningful.
Bonus (But Not Essential):
- Experience with YouTube content and publishing.
- Ability to write compelling content from core materials.
- An eye for design and carousel creation.
- Interest in SEO (but we'll train you).
What You'll Get:
- £25,000 per year plus pension contributions.
- Travel expenses paid for events.
- City centre office or co-working desk, and optional remote working.
- The chance to grow into a senior content and marketing role.
- Direct mentorship from Lisa.
- A role with purpose helping people change their lives through business.
To Apply: Send your CV, a covering letter and multiple examples of your work (which must include videos you've edited).
