URGENTLY REQUIRED CLASS 1 Drivers. EXCELLENT CLASS 1 DRIVER OPPORTUNITIES Monday-Friday early AM starts. Weekends available.
ROLE INFORMATION:
Rapier Employment are urgently seeking HGV Class 1 drivers for our client based in Scunthorpe. Ongoing and adhoc work are both available. Ideally a minimum of 4 days work (more days available) with guaranteed 42 hours paid and a £50 bonus. A usual shift consists of the Shop / Store Deliveries from our clients premises in Scunthorpe; it can be physical work as you are delivering caged food products but there is no handball involved. We require you to be customer focused as exposure to the customer is inevitable. Full-time and part-time shifts are both available. You will need to complete a driving and theory assessment and a drugs and alcohol test once successful pre-employment checks have been completed. The induction is then 5 days.
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
- Class 1 Driver Rates: £17.13 Class 1 Multi Drop Monday-Friday
- £19.27 Class 1 Multi Drop Weekends
- £22.78 Class 1 Multi Drop Overtime Hours over 42 hours
ADDITIONAL JOB INFORMATION:

- Start times vary dependant on preference, usually between 0400-12.00 for day shifts.
YOU WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:
- Category C+E on your licence held for a minimum of 6 months
- Experience of retail multi drop
- You must have at least 3 months commercial experience
- Can do attitude
- No DR10s, No CD10s, No IN10s - NO MORE THAN 6 POINTS
- Digital Tachograph card and CPC qualification
