Looking for a skilled Nokia Radio Design Engineer to join the business Network Strategy Engineering team. You will play a key role in delivering 4G/5G radio design for the organisation, working closely with Planning, Strategy, and Regional teams to optimise network performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop 4G/5G HLDs and LLDs to meet business requirements
- Analyse network performance and implement improvements
- Work on RAN software selection and feature testing
- Provide insights from benchmarking data
- Utilise tools like Mycom Proptima, TEMs, and Accuver
What You Need:
- 5+ years' experience in RAN/Nokia design
