An established investment business is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join their team on a permanent basis, based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. This role will suit someone with strong end-to-end service lifecycle experience, covering everything from proactive monitoring and incident response to ensuring delivery resilience and securing a high-performance platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of platform performance and service reliability.
- Manage the full service lifecycle, ensuring stability, security, and efficiency.
- Oversee infrastructure components including VM, containers, networking, and patching.
- Lead regular third-party supplier reviews, ensuring performance aligns with contractual agreements.
