Are you a Senior Sound Designer looking for your next challenge? We are looking for a Senior Sound Designer to play a key role in shaping the audio experience of an exciting new title. This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on the gameβs sound design, from concept to implementation, while collaborating with a passionate development team.
12-Month Contract | Hybrid (2-3 days per week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality audio β Design and implement immersive sound effects that enhance the gaming experience
- Own key audio areas β Take full responsibility for the sound needs of specific game features, from initial concept to final delivery
- Guide external work β Oversee additional audio production tasks, such as organising recording sessions
- Collaborate with the team β Work closely with designers, programmers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless audio integration
What Weβre Looking For:
- Proven industry experience β Previous work in a similar role within the games industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills
- Technical proficiency β Expertise in sound recording, mixing, and editing, with hands-on experience capturing a variety of materials
- Middleware knowledge β Proficiency with Wwise (preferred) or similar audio tools such as FMOD, Unity, or Unreal
- Strong creative and collaborative mindset β A proactive and imaginative approach to sound design, with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Bonus skills β Scripting knowledge is a plus but not essential
