Our client is a national FM Service Provider who are recruiting for an Electrical Supervisor / Manager to lead the team of electrical engineers working on a Hospital in Surrey. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining medium to large-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.
The role of Electrical Supervisor / Manager includes:
- Performing ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
- Conducting routine maintenance inspections, diagnosing potential problems, and making repairs.
- Assisting with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
- Assigning work orders and estimating the time and materials needed to complete repairs.
- Supporting energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
- Inspecting new installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Leading by example and modelling behaviours that are consistent with values.
- Impacting the quality of own work.
- Working within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
