I’m working with a long-standing client to recruit an Employee Relations Specialist into their established HR team. This is a key role reporting into the HR Director, focused on fostering a fair, consistent and positive workplace environment.
You’ll take ownership of complex employee relations matters, guiding managers with confidence, and promoting best practice across the organisation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading investigations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
- Coaching managers on employee relations and performance issues
- Developing proactive ER strategies that promote a healthy culture
- Analysing ER data and identifying areas for improvement
- Supporting wider HR activity as needed
What we’re looking for:
- Strong employee relations experience, ideally in a professional services environment
- Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Confident communicator with a calm, pragmatic approach
- Skilled in conflict resolution, mediation, and case management
- Comfortable advising across all levels of the business
- CIPD or mediation qualification a bonus
