Join a main contractor with an excellent secured pipeline of northwest projects! I am currently in the market for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor for a growing regional main contractor in the Greater Manchester region. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are looking to add to their commercial teams with an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

The candidate they are looking for will be driven, keen to learn, and thrive in a busy fast-paced environment. The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will ideally have some experience within social housing new builds. My client's spread of contracts ranges from £4 million up to around £19 million. They work across a variety of sectors including housing, residential, commercial, and industrial, all within new builds, which would provide an Assistant with a good scope of experience in project delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable and busy regional contractor with strong client relationships within the Greater Manchester region.

Individual Requirements:
  • Relevant Professional Qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar (BSc level or equivalent) or working towards
  • Construction Industry related experience
