Financial Controller Ideal Profile:
- Part-qualified finance professional, AAT Level 3 or above
- Experienced in producing financial and management accounts within a growing business environment
- Comfortable leading on process improvement and system automation
- Able to mentor, support and develop a small accounts team
- Effective communicator who can confidently liaise with stakeholders
- Ambitious, hands-on and motivated by ownership and autonomy
Financial Controller Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the production of monthly management accounts and year-end financial statements
- Managing budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
- Leading VAT returns, reconciliations and compliance reporting
