In this temporary 6-month role, you support the compliance of our raw materials with appropriate regulations, gather various data, information and conformity declaration, and serve as a regulatory resource to internal customers. In this responsible position you work closely with national and international colleagues.
What you'll do:
- Gather raw material technical information from suppliers, whilst building effective working relationships
- Validate raw material information across our European Flavors locations
- Provide raw material documentation to external agencies, including Kosher/Halal/non-GMO, and add it into our global TraceGains repository
- Import current raw material documents into our product lifecycle management system Devex
- Support the efficient approval of urgent raw material introductions by actively communicating open tasks with approvers
- Adhere to regulatory procedures to assure compliance to our policies
- Responsible for accurate and timely raw material data entry into our systems
