Candidate profile:
- 2+ years of experience of being a NED, ideally for a PRA regulated lender.
- Significant UK real estate lending experience with previous oversight of a £4bn+ loan book.
- Ability and desire to take an active and fully participating role at board and credit risk committee.
- Ability to act as chair for the audit and remuneration committee.
Your commitment:
- Fortnightly credit committee meetings (mix of in person and video).
- Quarterly board meetings (in person).

Remuneration: Remuneration will be made up of a quarterly retainer and fee per meeting.
