Role Overview As an IFA Administrator , you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Financial Advisers, ensuring the quality of service is maintained to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Process new business, manage valuations and projections, and maintain accurate records in the back-office system. Handle client and provider communications, including answering calls, preparing suitability documents, and following up on outstanding remuneration. Ensure compliance with company standards, managing post and prioritizing tasks for assigned clients. Prepare meeting packs and documentation for client meetings within designated timelines.
