The Advocate Group is proud to represent a leading drinks business in their search for an Insights Manager to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The Business: A globally recognised business within the drinks industry, with ambitious plans for continued growth across the UK and Europe. Focused on using consumer, shopper, and market insights to drive sustainable and profitable growth. A collaborative and innovative culture, offering a dynamic work environment.

The Role: Act as the insight lead for the annual brand planning process, shaping brand strategies through data-driven insights. Partner closely with Brand Marketing, Global Insight teams, and Business Analysts to influence key business decisions. Manage and deliver ad-hoc qualitative and quantitative research projects across the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, and Belgium. Maintain and maximise relationships with key external agencies, including Nielsen and Kantar. Lead business reporting for Total Business across Europe, supporting cyclical business meetings with actionable data. Bring thought leadership into the organisation by coordinating knowledge-sharing sessions with agency partners.

About You: Significant experience working within the FMCG industry. Proficient in working with Nielsen and Kantar data and platforms. Strong experience managing insights projects across multiple European markets. Confident in presenting to both local and global audiences and adapting communication style accordingly. Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI, with a passion for bringing data to life through visualisation. Background in BWS (beer, wine, spirits) categories is highly advantageous.

Benefits: £45,000-£50,000 annual salary, £5750 Car Allowance, Hybrid working, Oxfordshire office.
