THE ROLE: As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of 8 Dental Sales Representatives across the North of the UK, from Birmingham up to Scotland and Ireland. This role is 100% management-focused, with an emphasis on coaching, mentoring, driving team performance, and executing regional sales strategies. You will report directly into the UK Sales Director and play a pivotal part in the region’s continued success.

EXPERIENCE: We are seeking a polished, organised and calm sales leader with at least 3 years of sales management experience within the Medtech sector – ideally having sold into a practice environment – e.g. dental, veterinary, optical, audiology or pharmaceutical. A strong track record of leadership, team development and strategic sales delivery is essential. You will be commercially astute, people-focussed and able to build a winning culture across a geographically spread team. Full driving licence with no more than 6 points.
THE PACKAGE FOR REGIONAL SALES MANAGER:
- Basic: £65,000 - £70,000 depending on experience
- Bonus: £20,000+ uncapped
- Company Car or Car Allowance
- Benefits: Pension, healthcare, lunch allowance
- Holidays: 20 days plus bank holidays (negotiable)
