Responsibilities:

  • Managing 2 to 3 resourcers
  • Liaise with the Sales team to ensure your team is working on the right roles for the business
  • Set weekly/monthly objectives for the team
  • Complete monthly performance reviews
  • Support and advise the individuals in your team to help their career progression
  • Perform daily floor walks to support the team and offer guidance
  • Oversee candidate searches on the database, job boards, and communities of interest
  • Become an internal specialist in the use of the internal training material available
  • Work with the Director to map staff career progression for the team
  • Constantly improve processes, focusing on maintaining high standards, best practices, and productivity
  • Show commitment and dedication to the business and their team fostering a positive workplace
  • Coach and support your team through being tenacious and motivational

Requirements:

  • Experience in the agency recruitment industry
  • Managed or coached at least 2 resourcers at one time
  • Staff training and on-boarding experience
  • Capability management
  • Staff support for under-performers
