A well-established charity is seeking an Individual Giving Manager to join their Fundraising team. This is a pivotal role focused on growing income from individual supporters and developing donor journeys across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of individual giving campaigns to achieve income targets
- Manage appeals, regular giving, and digital fundraising activities
- Create and optimise donor journeys to improve retention and engagement
- Line manage one Individual Giving Officer, supporting their development and performance
- Work collaboratively with the wider Fundraising and Communications team to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing reports and recommendations to senior leadership
- Manage the individual giving budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record of successfully delivering individual giving campaigns across multiple channels
- Experience managing direct marketing, digital fundraising, and regular giving programmes
- Ability to develop and deliver supporter journeys that drive engagement and maximise lifetime value
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data and insight to inform decision-making
- Excellent project management skills and ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience line managing or supervising fundraising staff
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
