About the Role
Hydrogen Group is partnering with a leading Financial Services client to hire an experienced Technical Business Analyst on a permanent basis, within their Directory Area across the Technical Delivery team. This is a key role to define the technical requirements for Technical Development and DevOps to assist with 'As Is' analysis against the desired future state based on the position in order to define the current gaps.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years Business Analysis experience within Digital Financial Services or Fintech environments
- Solid understanding of open banking, payments architecture or customer onboarding journeys
- Experience with agile software development Operation philosophies
- Experience with Atlassian tools: Jira and Confluence
- A background as a Senior Developer with experience of technologies such as AWS, Java, APIs, oAuth, IAM, Digital Certification and LDAP is highly desirable
- Experienced with development and testing tools
- Background working within an Information Governance, Data protection and regulatory change role
