Your new role
The temporary Surfacing Supervisor/Contracts Manager will be responsible for strategically planning and coordinating surfacing activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications. They will efficiently allocate and manage resources, including labour, materials, and equipment. Additionally, they will foster and maintain robust relationships with clients and contractors, enhancing the company's professional standing. Mentoring and guiding the team to emphasise quality and efficiency to meet project goals will also be a key part of the role. This position requires flexibility with shift patterns, including dayshift, nightshift, and some weekends.
