About the Role:

  • Provide strategic direction and operational leadership across education and adult social care services.
  • Lead on in depth service evaluations to drive continuous improvement and development.
  • Lead service transformation initiatives, championing innovation, particularly in the use of digital solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth via acquisition and development.
  • Oversee budgets, performance, and business development projects.
  • Build strategic partnerships and represent the organisation externally.
  • Embed a values-driven, high-performance culture across all service teams.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 10+ years’ senior leadership experience in Specialist Education and Adult Social Care.
  • In depth knowledge of Ofsted and CQC regulations.
  • A proven track record in change management and strategic oversight.
  • Experienced overseeing budgets and allocating resources.
  • Exceptional people leadership skills.
  • Values-led approach aligned with inclusion, innovation, and meaningful impact.
