About the Role:
- Provide strategic direction and operational leadership across education and adult social care services.
- Lead on in depth service evaluations to drive continuous improvement and development.
- Lead service transformation initiatives, championing innovation, particularly in the use of digital solutions.
- Identify opportunities for business growth via acquisition and development.
- Oversee budgets, performance, and business development projects.
- Build strategic partnerships and represent the organisation externally.
- Embed a values-driven, high-performance culture across all service teams.
Ideal Candidate:
- 10+ years’ senior leadership experience in Specialist Education and Adult Social Care.
- In depth knowledge of Ofsted and CQC regulations.
- A proven track record in change management and strategic oversight.
- Experienced overseeing budgets and allocating resources.
- Exceptional people leadership skills.
- Values-led approach aligned with inclusion, innovation, and meaningful impact.
