The Team

We’re looking for a Project Manager with excellent knowledge of web publishing/producing, project management and content management systems. You will work as part of a blended team providing embedded project delivery and end-to-end agency services to our client, who is a major hardware player in some of the biggest and fastest-growing market segments, delivering smartphones, smart home devices, laptops, watches and accessories through resellers and direct online sales. You will work closely with an EMEA based team working to build the onsite pages of our clients D2C website. You will be expected to work cross-functionally with their global publishing teams in pushing out web materials for e-commerce to enhance the site’s visibility in the EMEA market. Highly motivated individuals who are extremely detail oriented, can work in a timely yet effective manner, and have a desire to learn complicated processes, systems and tools is a must.

Core responsibilities:

  • Reinforcing production best practices from creative briefing to launch.
  • Build selected content for in-house content management system.
  • Provide project management and cross-functional coordination with the global teams and creative agencies to deliver outstanding program outcomes.
  • Program manage localisation and validation process across EMEA markets.
  • Manage project schedules, identify possible issues, and communicate them to project stakeholders.
  • Take responsibility for project-based schedules and milestones for multiple concurrent projects, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced environment and driving client communications.
  • Publish new landing pages, remove existing pages/modules and redirect deprecated URLs.
  • Upload, publish, tweak, change and test a variety of content for promotional purposes.
  • Represent production timing and expenditures with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Deliver and implement recommendations to improve campaign outcomes.

Qualifications required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in place of a degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in either of these disciplines: web publishing, content management or digital campaign management.
  • Extreme attention to detail while managing multiple projects across over 20 individual markets.
  • Experience with in-house creative, production or publishing methodologies and tools.
  • Advantageous if worked with E-Commerce clients/industry.
  • Adept with project management tools (Smartsheet) and localisation processes.
  • Experience operating in large matrices and executing scalable processes.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different regions.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to problem solve, take accountability and seek answers.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills.
